Default Purchasing in US from newegg.com question

Hi, first post here.

I'm in Ontario but travel to the US quite a bit. Any experiences with purchasing from newegg.com or others in the US? Mostly I'm concerned about RMA's with newegg.com and also with manufacturers.

Will be purchasing i7 920, evga mb, western digital hd, corsair psu, g.skill memory, evga video card.

Just wondering if 3 months down the road, and I have an issue, if it would have been better to purchase from directcanada.com or ncix.com.

Thanks,
Steven

good luck bringing it back over the border...... If they catch you the duty fee's will be ridiculous.

Would be out of country for a few days, so should be ok to bring back a fair bit at a time.

My main concern was having warranty support, since bought in US but reside in Canada.

I think will just stick with newegg.ca, canadacomputers, ncix, directcanada. Prices are very close now to US prices.

Thanks

Yeah, it's usually only worth buying from the states if you're buying something that's got a massive discount on it.
