My System Specs

Default

If you can go with a Core I7 and suitable Mobo.....if not plan on OC'ing that CPU to 3.6 - 3.8 Ghz..
Any 1kW will be suffice...

Hope your runing this on a 24" 1920 x 1200 Res monitor....or its not really worthwile..

Sell the ram and Thermaltake cooling, go i7 instead for the same price(and yes, triple sli works perfectly on i7).

If you're on a budget then I would wait.. With i5 launching within weeks, I wanna see what i5 will do to AMD Phenoms..

If the AMD processor do survive, then I would suggest a Phenom X4 955 BE.. excellent process at an excellent price.. only thing I doubt you could do is use TRI-SLI, you could then invest in 2 x GTX 285s or 295s even..

That's all up to you though, with the current cost in i7, it's way too expensive..

If you're on a budget, why do you want the tri sli? You could just get 2x 275's and an i7 and new motherboard/ram.

At what price range would you be looking? Otherwise I could throw you some links that would easily push $1000

Here's a few parts. Of course always price match if you can through NCIX.
Gigabyte EX58-UD3R ATX LGA1366 X58

Intel Core I7 920 D0 Stepping Quad Core

This should do you MB/CPU wise. Will total around $500.
I would however advise upgrading your current DD2 RAM to DDR3 RAM.
And if you're going to buy the GTX 275 (or multiples) I would personally say go with eVGA.

EDIT: Only issue with this board is that if you want TriChannel RAM you can only run a single set. But it'll still do 2xDC setup.
