PSU: NCIX.com - Buy Corsair TX750W 750W ATX 12V 60A 24PIN ATX Power Supply Active PFC 140MM Fan - CMPSU-750TX In Canada.
GPU: Selling him my XFX 4870 once I get my 4890 (thanks HWC for the awesome contest!)
Case: NCIX.com - Buy Cooler Master Haf 932 Full Tower Black EATX Case 6X5.25 1X3.5 5X3.5INT No PSU USB eSATA 1394 Audio - RC-932-KKN1 In Canada.
Heatsink: NCIX.com - Buy Coolermaster Hyper 212 Plus Direct Touch 4 Heatpipe Heatsink AM2 AM3 LGA1366 LGA775 LGA1156 120MM - RR-B10-212P-GP In Canada.
DVD: NCIX.com - Buy Samsung SH-S223B/BEBE 22X DVD+-RW SATA DVD Writer Black OEM - SH-S223B/BEBE In Canada.

Well everything solid and well balanced, you can if you want take a look to a X4 and I also sugest to change the ram for G.skill, mushkin or Corsair. I have never work and see Patriot so I don't really know about them. IMO the build will rock solid;)

Ask for more.

Seems like a bit of overkill on the case. I guess if he knows hes going to be living in 1 spot for a while and can use it for future builds its worth it. Maybe the CM690 or NCIX.com - Buy NZXT Beta ATX Tower Case 4X5.25 5X3.5INT No PS Front Audio USB eSATA Black - BETA In Canada. would be better and spend a bit more on the CPU or just save 100 bucks.
