Looks good except for the case. Unless you are trying to keep things compact I would go to something like this instead:
NCIX.com - Buy Coolermaster cm 690 Mid Tower Black ATX Case 5X5.25 5X3.5INT No PS Front USB Sound Firewire & eSATA - RC-690-KKN1 In Canada.

The I7 is a hot running chip and the airflow in this case is good as well as being roomier than the 300. Also the 9800GT is not that great of a card for the $. I would try to find a 4870 when on sale.My 2 cents.

+1 stoanee, I also recomand to get a little up on the VGA, GTX260 can be found for like 200 box and it will be a much better card for the buck of 4870 to. I can't figure to have a I7 with a VGA like 9800, but last week I sell a I7 with a 3450, it make me cry:(.

I didn't notice that it will be running Photoshop, at this lvl 9800 is plenty of power, so my only point was the +1 on the case and you seems to understand what stoanee say so it will be agreat rig ;) post some pic when work is done.
