Almighty LANBOX build

So after some research I've decided this is going to be my LANbox:

Silverstone Sugo SG02B-F case ($90)
OCZ ModXStream Pro 400W power supply ($70)
MSI G41TM-E43 motherboard ($90)
Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 2.2GHz (I own)
Arctic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro (Coming off my old system)
2x1GB Mushkin DDR2-800 (I own)
250GB Deskstar (I own)
LG SATA DVD Burner ($30)
EVGA 8800GT (I own)

I have some concerns though. Like, how can I modify the case to allow for better cooling? I want to be able to put some 120MM fans in this to help cool it. I don't mind drilling out slot to put a fan there. I don't want to have to buy any fans for this case. I have a lot of 120s, 70s, and 55s hanging around. Those can be put anywhere to allow for more air put through. Anyone have suggestions for this case?

Another concern is the power supply. I'm not sure if 400W is enough for the 8800GT. Can anyone verify if it is?

My final concern is height for the Arctic Cooling freezer 7 Pro. I'm really not sure if the Sugo can fit this heatsink with the power supply directly over it. Can anyone let me know if this is going to be a problem for me?

You should get the Seasonic OEM 400W or the Corsair one

Not looking for a powerful PSU. I'm looking for something modular that will run an 8800GT. This isn't going to be my main rig. It's only a LANbox. Aka, take it around to game.

I agree with jcmaz, get the seasonic or corsair, more reliable and in those cramped confines, I'll take the reliability of those 2 psu's over the ocz even though it has modular cables. As for whether or not it's enough, it's pushing it nearly to its max but if you want a definite yes or no whether it'll run, yes. My only issue with the build is the G41 mobo, been browsin over on [H] and seems like the Gigabyte G31M-S2L is one of the best OC'ers ever along with it being a cheap motherboard so you might want to consider that instead of the current one.

Also, I believe the AC Freezer Pro won't fit. Your going to have to get a LP cooler such as a Scythe Shuriken or a AC Freezer LP

For psu, take the corsair and use the second drive bay to put cable
For fan, forgot 120mm, but you can add 2x 80mm to the top to cool your gpu
for the cooler, try ti find an coolermaster gemin ii s(need 20mm fan) or the new suriken.. your will not fit
