Exclamation Opinion/Advice on this Budget Build

My budget for this PC is $750-$900CAD, i plan to buy my parts all from NCIX or directcanada. I dislike online computer stores like newegg and TD.

What i have in mind:
(Please let me know if i should change anything!)
IntelQ9550
ASUS P5Q Pro
Random OC'able 2x2gb dual channel ddr2-1066 ram
CM 690 case
WD 640GB Caviar black HDD
Not sure which PSU (Not planning to use 2x GPU at all)
Not sure which GPU (Might look for a used 8800GT for cheap for now or maybe a 4890 or GTX275 if i can find one for the right price.)

And which O/S should i use (dont count this in the budget) to game?

Should i upgrade/downgrade/change any of these parts?

Thanks, i'm planning to build this rig by the 12th.

You should do some shipping, 'cause with that parts list I don't think you'll meet your budget.

I'm pretty sure you can do price match online with NCIX, but rather than ship, you can select to pick it up in the store. I've never done it so I'm not sure how it works.

Ideally, do all of your initial shopping on-line to find the best prices for what you want, and then PM those prices on NCIX's website for local pickup.

They'll PM newegg.ca although I have heard of cases where they refused.

When you pm make sure you use more than one search engine pricebat, price canada and shopbot as some won't list other stores.

I would use a 64 bit OS

I would look for at gtx260 for 160-180

For PSU do you care if it's modular or not?
