When: this summer
Well this what i found so far:
Intel Quad Q9550, OC to around 3.5ghz(I don't know what fan yet, help) ($230)
the link
MSI GTX260 216 stream processor version ($150 after rebate)

Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3P P45 motherboard(i kno this has 2 PCI-Es x16 but it only says CrossFire, does that mean no SLI brige?) ($115 after rebate)
the link
WD Black 500GB ($60) I don't need anything larger, theres no use for me
the link
LG DVD-burner ($25)
the link

The total:$840
That's it. Correct me if theres better choices. I would like to upgrade this when my stuff gets old. The fans are sufficient, and I don't know about the CPU cooler(Intel cooler sucks).I'm also not 100% sure if the CPU is overkill for gaming, games don't need super-CPU power, it needs graphics, but i want to make sure its good for the future at the same time. Thanks for your help, thank you.
