Default $2000 w/c 955. coments?

Heres what i planned for 2000 dollars give of take a few. It is going to be water cooled and all stuffed into a storm scout. The rad will be external, and mounted to the left side of the case. . This will be used for everything; gaming (LANs too:), all around entertainment centre and some nice overclocks. Still debating on which tv tuner and O/S.

Any suggestions to shave money, better parts, or any improvements?
