Review of 700W Rocketfish PSU [H]

Garbage. Unless you want to bank on a miracle having occurred going from 700W to 750W... you don't need a monster PSU, but your system definitely deserves better.

Just remember the Points I highlighted in your Other post Arinoth, that PSU goes out of ATX Spec for Ripple on all its lines.
Do not trust it.

Both sell it at the same price to my knowledge, though working at best buy the discount included futureshop since bestbuy owns it

Yeah, i dont know if it makess a difference but its not the model lists, as well in the own review i found, its actually the RF-700WPS2 not RF-700WPS

I'll probably be going with a more well known/better constant reviewed PSU

Did not think to ask about it till now, what would be a good after market heatsink that is not overkill in price but good in cooling an OC i7

the only power supply's that i use are corsair or pc power and cooling. if your spending 500 dollars on gear then you can come up with an extra 100 to make sure that it works and gets clean power. good power supply's are just as important as the motherboard and cpu in my opinion.

Also, i don't think anyone mentioned a good/better PSU that'll support that and potentially the double/tripple SLI i may eventually go with in the future

Corsair TX750W 750W ATX 12V 60A 24PIN ATX Power Supply Active PFC 140MM Fan should do the job if i eventually want to dual(tripple probably not) GTX 260 cards or is that slightly over kill and i could go with something 10-20$ cheaper in the cosair range?

Corsair TX750W 750W ATX 12V 60A 24PIN ATX Power Supply Active PFC 140MM Fan - DirectCanada

Looking like 3/4 of my parts will be coming from direct canada, glad they have free shipping on purchases over 300$, though their shipping costs are typically rather reasonable, though do you think i should try to see if NCIX will match theirs and tiger direct's? (seemingly the cheapest and most reputable places i can find for my parts)
