Drop that ram for the OCZ 1600 CL 7 stuff, its $100 all over the place right now and MUCH faster then that stuff. I also agree the GTX 295s are WAY over priced, I know they where on sale for under $500 there for a bit but $600+ is overpriced. Think about it this way, a GTX 295 is pretty much 2 downclocked GTX 275s strapped together, you can get GTX 275s for $260 right now, that saves you atleast $40 and you GAIN performance. If you want more juice add another GTX 275 and be done with it, 2x GTX 295s is rediculously over powered and overpriced, thats a total of $1200+ worth of graphics processing that only performs a few % better then 3 GTX 275s for less then $900...

The P6T can run SLI as long as you flash the bios, I was reading a while ago that most of the companies with X58 motherboards are offering their own bios flashes to allow SLI now. and if they arent you can flash it with the bios from the deluxe board to gain SLI. If you dont want to muck around in that get a better board.

I personally recommend this bundle... Ram, AWESOME motherboard, and CPU for $899.

NCIX.com - Buy NCIX Gaming Bundle Intel Core i7 920 EVGA Classified X58 SLI Motherboard 6GB Corsair Dominator RAM - Classified-920-6GB In Canada.

save $250, great deal.

Great deal on the combo. I'll say get a GTX275 and wait for the next gen card to come out.

Yeah, GTX 295s look cool, sound awesome, and are full of epeen, but they are just not worth what their charging for them. Like its been said I wouldnt pay more then $500 for one, and even then id rather get the SLI GTX 275s.

I so want that combo though, the Classified is such a sweet looking motherboard....

The highest end GPU's are always going to cost a premium....personally if I was going to SLI anything as apposed to a single 295 it would be 285 SLI. Remember, their is a downside to SLI (Tri Sli) vs single Card and that is heat, be sure your case is prepared to handle it accordingly.
Right now the highest Benchmarks out thier are Tri SLI 285's and Quad Sli 295's...as for spending $500 on a GPU, thats the cost to play with the "big boys"..hahahah...so true eh....lets see SLI 280's (digs for 8 month old invoices) ah...2 x $430..ouch...and another for Tri Sli, another $400...hey thats over $1200 for Tri Sli......welcome to my world :)

I'd suggest this cpu cooler:

http://www.hardwarecanucks.com/forum...er-review.html

I'd suggest taking a good look at 2x gtx 275's in sli

This hard drive is faster:

NCIX.com - Buy Western Digital Caviar Black 640GB 7200RPM 32MB Dual Proc 3.5IN SATA Hard Drive OEM 5YR Mfg Warranty - WD6401AALS In Canada.

and finally I'd suggest either of these psu's

NCIX.com - Buy Corsair Professional HX850W 850W ATX 12V 70A 24PIN ATX Modular Power Supply Active PFC 140MM Fan - CMPSU-850HX In Canada.

NCIX.com - Buy Corsair TX850W 850W CMPSU-850TX 12V 70A 24PIN AT Power Supply Active PFC 140M Fan Powersupply - CMPSU-850TX In Canada.

Last I knew the megahelems is hard to get in canada right now?

if you going to pay $240 for a modular 850w might as well just pay the tiny bit more for the 1000w.

Well after reading everything you guys have said, and doing a lot more reading/searching im making 3 changes to my build.

1st: changing to a p6t deluxe

2nd: changing from GTX 295 to 2 GTX 280's in SLI Newegg.ca - EVGA 01G-P3-1280-TR GeForce GTX 280 1GB 512-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards.

3rd: Changing Hard Drive to NCIX.com - Buy Western Digital Caviar Black 640GB 7200RPM 32MB Dual Proc 3.5IN SATA Hard Drive OEM 5YR Mfg Warranty - WD6401AALS In Canada. (thanks dogger, dont know how I missed that)

I think this build is pretty much wrapped up! If anyone still has any advice on what else i should be looking at for changes be sure to let me know quick! Cant freaking wait to bust this baby own and frag some NPC's lol (if only the internet was good enough than i would be all rdy to frag real people lol.... stupid living in the middle of nowhere and on having Satilite Internet!). Planed date for purchase is not this but next comming Thursday at the latest (pay day baby)!

Thanks guys for all your help so far, you kept me from making poorer decsions than i could have.

For the extra $60 I'd go this route
Newegg.ca - BFG Tech BFGEGTX2801024OCXE GeForce GTX 280 1GB 512-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards

Way faster Clock speeds and Lifetime Warranty
That Evga is a "TR"..

He's going SLI. That's 2 x $60 extra, which is $120. I don't think it's worth it. Might as well go GTX 285 then.
