I re-evaluated things, and given that the person this is for isn't gaming, I'm just going to stick with the 4650, which at least gives the option of HDMI out without pushing the price up any higher. Thanks for all the ideas guys, and I'll definitely keep those models in mind if I get requestioned to build a similar pc (this time with a bit more space :P).
Paid in full, and waiting for it to be shipped now :D

I'll do a build log this time - if I can keep from excitedly throwing the thing together too fast.

I'm totally with you Imma - I'd love to toss a better card in especially given some of the price points - but unfortunately there's some size constraints. Would a 9600GT LP be a noticeable step up over the 4650, since the 9600GT isn't too far off the price of the 4650? [*UPDATE* Whoops, I just realized those Newegg prices were US dollars... I might be sticking with the 4650] When I say 'minor' gaming I'm just speaking about low-res settings on some yet to be released RTS and RPG games by a certain company, and older titles like C&C generals, etc. I could even get away with running on the integrated GPU (ugh) but I'd rather not. Heh, I've got the Vendetta II on my other rig and it's been working wonders - but I realllllly don't see it fitting in this 9.4cm tall case. Oh, and a 3.2Ghz OC sounds perfect

I'll go take a look at the NCIX thread you mentioned.
The 4650 is like...a 94, maybe 9500GT, while 4670 is like a 9600GT, if not just a wee bit better. Unfortunately, it's not low-profile, but the 9600GT will work wonders for a great price. Might be able to raise those low settings to Medium, probably High, and keep it there for a year or so worth of games

To get to the thread you have to check out the E5200, and then scroll down from there. Or just click Here.

Yeah the E5200s overclock pretty easily. Looks like a fun little budget build, im looking at building something very similar but with a different case =) And an even lower end video card for someone who only uses their PC for the basics.
