Default i7 build-need psu connect to video card?

Sorry for the stupid question. I have a single 4670 video card in my new i7 build and don't think it needs power from the psu, but want to make sure.

I see two connectors on the side of this HD 4670 512mb video card
Newegg.com - HIS Hightech H467QT512P Radeon HD 4670 IceQ Turbo 512MB 128-bit GDDR3 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready CrossFire Supported Video Card - Desktop Graphics / Video Cards
What are they for, crossfire? I'm not using that.

I just want to make sure I don't have to connect any power from my psu for this card. The instructions are vague. Thanks.

You do have to connect a power supply to the card otherwise it won't work......your psu should have 2 6pin connectors that you have to plug into the card, if it doesn't than you will need a new psu.

I don't think the HD4670 need a 6pin connectors, just plug the card in the PCI-E slot

Ya the 4670's don't require any power besides the motherboard power. kruzn4evr must have misread and thought you it 4870.

That is the cheapest place for Canadian retailers.

We all have budgets and needs.
Saying something is a Joke is not constructive to a helpful Build.
The 4670 Is an Apt Mid-Level Card to play the less intensive games on Max settings.
How do I know? My 2600 Did everything and more for what I played.

I think if thats what you can afford/want, it will work nicely.
