$650-800 or so id think, the mobo is dated as is the CPU and the video card goes for pretty cheap these days.

I wouldn't even say that much man. I'd say $550-600. I'm planning on selling my rig and it's pretty close to that. I don't even think I could get that much for it.

I just sold my X2 5000+ rig with 2 gigs of DDR2 320gb hdd and a 3850 256mb for $400 and that was the most I could get for it here, if you can find a sucker then you could get more but id have a hard time selling a rig like that for more then $600.

Yeah, considering the gear must be 1 - 2 years old, the absolute most I could see for the Motherboard/CPU/Mem/HSF would be $250 - $300. Figure $100 for the vid card (high end) and another $100 for the rest of the kit and you're up around $500 which is a reasonable price for what you're offering.

Thanks for the feedback guys. Well I'm not looking to sell this for some stupid price I want to give him a good deal and also get a decent value for my stuff. Think I might offer to him for $400-$450.

That sounds pretty fair to me. Must be a friend instead of an aquaintance. :)
