My System Specs

I'd get a Western Digital Black 640GB or the Seagate 7200.12 500GB. Don't bother with the 7200.11 as its slow.

I don't know if that MSI board is any good. They usually aren't the most recommended.

Also I kind of think an ATI video card would be better suited, then you'd have the "Dragon" platform, and the possibility of Crossfire later down the road. Totally up to you though.

There was a 260 Core 216 deal but it's sold out now, so I'd say go for a 4870. You can price match it to atleast $199.95 ( Sapphire Radeon HD 4870 512MB GDDR5 PCI-E Video Card ); your PSU can handle the GPU.

And you might as well throw in an extra $13 and get a 640 WD Caviar Black.

The build you have listed looks fine youseff, the GTS 250 will be fine for what your doing as is the MSI, ive used MSI boards before and their great and the 720 BEs are so easy to overclock anyhow it doesnt matter how amazing your motherboard is. You could switch to a black edtion or the 640gb blue edition WDs their a little faster and roughly the same price.
