Default Thermalright or Noctua Heatpipe Cooler?

If you've read my last thread I have been building an i7 pc with a $2000 budget. I have chosen what I would like in it but now I am trying to choose between the Thermalright Ultra120 eXtreme-1366 RT Premium Heatpipe Cooler, or the Noctua NH-U12P SE1366 LGA1366 i7 Heatpipe Cooler W/ 2XNH-P12 120MM Fan. I will be using it on an intel Core i7 920 Quad Core Processor LGA1366 2.66GHZ. I might be overclocking but my room that I keep my pc in is pretty warm so I'm not too sure which cooler to use.

This is more of a question of Silence over power, the TRUE will beat out a noctua, that is a given, by quite a bit. But the Noctua will do reletively well at lower sound levels. I like both, but even the xigmatek beats out the noctua for quite a bit less money. For a i7 go with the TRUE, its the best you can get on air hands down.
