This. If you believe your seeing any difference it's due to the brain and thinking that there's a difference when there isn't one.

It's the same idea as burning in headphones, they don't actually sound better, it's that your getting use to them so they sound better. If that makes any sense, posting near 1 in the morning is never a good idea

The whole "human eye cannot see.......yada yada yada yada .........." has been brought up time n time again...you guys believe what you like and I'll go with what I see...When I was playing FC2 at 40 - 60 FPS...compared to what I get now, as in 80 to 110...I SEE a difference...period..its much more fliud and doesn't struggle..........

I see a difference in quake going for 30 FPS on my old 486 back in the day to 3000 fps on my new rig =P but actually I did notice Unreal 2 was smooth as silk now compared to when I ran it on my x800 xl, and even then I was getting 40 fps.

Rule #1: Eyes may not be able to physically detect more than 24fps; but your brain can sure sense that something is amis!

No, because now there is a DFI review up the day AFTER I decided I'd get the EVGA.. and now I'm right back where I left off.

Hertz, or Hz, is the unit of measurement for a periodic interval per second.

Also, the human eye isn't limited to "frames", it sees fluid motion. Therefore, you will never exceed what the human eye is capable of processing with a generic monitor. (Though it is limited to 60/120Hz anyways)
