hey ST! I was hoping to help someone out that is in the same situation I was in last week. Just built a new rig and only had a copy of Win XP 32 bit. Didn't really want to go out and buy and expensive x64 bit copy of XP or Vista when I knew Win 7 was around the corner. Cadaveca was nice enough to send me a copy of this beta in the mail! This really helped me out and I love windows 7! If I don't get a response by tonight I will send it your way! Cheers!

Thanks gingerbee! It turned out real nice... Can't wait to see if the new XMP update (BIOS) plays nice with the 1866MHz RAM! If you decide to flash this BIOS with this RAM could you let me know your results?

Well if anybody else needs a copy and don't want to download it off torrents, I can burn some and ship them out for like $5 or something just to cover the DVD + Shipping costs. Beta keys are all generic so that's no biggie. I could even provide a Vista x64 SP1 DVD without a key meaning you could run it for 30 days(or is it 14?) before you'd get kicked out. Though I don't know the legality around this.

Dual boot isn't a big problem, Install each os on its own seperate hdd. A dual boot menu will pop up at the begining of start up then pick which os u want. If u don't get the dual boot menu, go into bios select the other hdd as primary boot save and exit then it should be good to go. As far as free os, XP Pro 64 is a free download 120day free trial or buy the 180day trial from ms $10 for shipping disc is free. When trial is running out, boot from cd, delete partition, reinstall xp pro64, re activate and u'r good for another while. I've been using win 7 64 and it's alot better than xp that I've noticed, the downside of wi7 beta pre release is it's a little buggy in the internet explorer. Gaming is better on win 7 than xp pro.

Hi jdrom17. I have a valid key for Win7, but waited too long to get the official beta download from ms. I'd be willing to send you $5 to have a 64-bit copy burned for me, as I was about ready to upgrade to Vista 64 before I heard that Win7 was coming.
