You could do AMD also if you want with other parts jdrom17 listed. If you don't overclock it seems to be better.

GIGABYTE GA-MA770-UD3 AM2+/AM2 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard
AMD Athlon 64 X2 7760 Kuma 2.7GHz SocketAM2+ 95W Dual-Code black edition

Total 625.87$ USD before any shipping or taxes.

Review Here : AMD Athlon X2 7750 BE review

You might want to be careful with that 4850 since it doesn't cool the RAM chips. Good airflow is recommend if you're going to get that GPU.

Eh that PSU combo deal was cheaper than buying a 550W Corsair and for what he's doing, it would be fine.

Also Newegg.com (remember he's in the US) doesn't have the StealthXStream 500W. Only the StealthXStream 600W and then it would be like $10 more than the Antec 300 + Antec 650W Combo.

And I'd say that 4850 does cool the RAM since the fan that's on the heatsink would blow over them as well. Even if it doesn't, the Antec 300 has plenty of choices to get air flowing through.
