I'm voting for the XFX Video Card, namely because Sapphire has some horror stories with any issues.
It is PCI-E vs the Old AGP card you have listed at the bottom, PCI-E is a faster interface than AGP.
Just my thoughts, I know some people here can dip into the more technical side of it.
