Default Finalized Setup (Critique Needed)

Antec 300 49.95
WD HDD 320 Gb 49.99
MSI GTX 260 209.99 (After Rebate)
Corsair 450W ATX12V V2.2 80 Plus 58.99 (After Rebate)
Kingston 2x2GB 36.99
Gigabyte GA-EP45-UD3R 104.99 (After Rebate)
E5200 79.99
Apevia 120MM Case Fan X3 13.47
DVD Drive/Burner 20.99
Arctic Cooler (HeatSink) 29.00

Total: 654.35 (After Rebate)

Budget is around $600 and was planning on overclocking the E5200 to 3.8. Any suggestions on what I should change or modify?

But anyways. It looks good. I'm not sure if that power supply would be enough for the GTX260 though. Might wanna get something like an OCZ StealthXStream 500W to be on the safe side. I believe they're around $40AR.
