The Powercolor *might* run cooler since it's an aftermarket cooler. Best to find a review if you can.

I'd also look into XFX since they offer lifetime warranty.

quick stupid question...

I would like to know if I can price match the XFX GTX 260 216 @ 310.29$ - 25$ MIR = 285.29$ from newegg at NCIX for 285.29$ or should I price match it at 310.29$?

and can I use the 25$ MIR even if I order it from NCIX?

You can only price match the pre-MIR price, and it depends on the MIR... most of the ones from NCIX specify which stores qualify for the rebate, but it's possible that the ones from newegg are generic.

It's a fine card if you want to go the NVIDIA route. Should serve you well.

Looks like the best price on a GTX260 w/ 216 shaders.
