Good Luck with the build, Glad I could be of some assistance somewhere along the way!

I don't think you'll have any problem with the CPU Cooler getting in the way of everything.

Regards,
ST

UPDATE:

I just cancelled the videocard and order it from newegg.ca from where I took the price match. If there's no hidden fee like CanadaRox said. I sould pay maybe not more then 10$ at the end and I should receive it 2 weeks before...

Hi all, here's the update.. I just finished to build it. Now I'm installing Vista 64bits.

The Bios was already at 604 so no problem at all.

What should I check now?
-Heat temp?
-Memory test?
-stress test?

I want to make sure everything's fine.

I'd Run RealTemp and then Prime95 to take the CPU to its max and see what kind of Temps your getting from that.
Its always nice to burn in a system you just built :)

Other than that, unless you are having problems I don't see the need to Run through all those, unless you want to.

ST

I'm still missing my GPU all my two extra fans ( should be delivered today, but I'm not there so maybe tomorrow )

Prime95, I know google is my friend but where I can find it ( free? ) and how it work?

I never did any test on any computer in the past..

Note: to whoever buy the PSU, if mounted in the bottom and the CPU_Power_12pins is on top of the board, there's any cable management possible. I will get an extention for it.
Note2: it's true when you only have the basic ( 1HD, 1DVD ) there's a lot of cable for nothing.. I will have to block the bottom fan of the front antec 300 :(

Okay, tools as follows.

Core Temp --- CoreTemp

techPowerUp! :: Download Real Temp 2.70 --- RealTemp

|MG| Prime95 25.9 ---- Prime95

I'd personally load either of the Temp programs first to make sure your Idle temps look good (i.e. that you have your CPU cooler seated right) before running a Prime95 Torture Test.

As for your PSU, thats why fully Modular PSU's are so nice, you just plug in what you need. But, yeah sometimes it can make a mess (my own PSU is a PITA for this, too many cables).

Hopefully this helps,
ST

Pfft Prime95 is for n00bs

Grab OCCT 3.0: Download - OCCT Website english

Tests your CPU, GPU, RAM, and EVERYTHING AT ONCE! (Known as the PSU test). If your computer can run that for a couple hours without exploding, you're good
