Just make sure the Length will match up with the Case setup.
I can't remember how much stuff is in the front of the Kandalf LCS case. But I know that card can be pretty long.
Otherwise, I dont' see a problem, the PSU should handle everything well.
Mind you I don't know a lickin thing about ASUS MB's so that part I can't put my stamp on.
