Build troubleshooting

I recently finished my build thanks to the information and recommendations from this site. Everything went well with the install and the computer runs great. One weird thing is that now in "My Computer" I have a lot of extra drives - which is probably due to the card reader I installed. Have I done something wrong with the install or is this how it is going to be?
