The Vendetta2 will fit fine even with the optional side fan as will the 9800GTX+. You will just have to fit your HDD in the right spot. The silencer should be fine with the GPU's as well. With a Zalman ZM-F3 fan on the side and in the bottom front slot my GPU dosn't break 60* and my HDD is usually around 26* and mine Folds 24/7. See 1st rig in sig...
Edit; I can put up a pic if you want...

Great stuff guys, thanks. Now the only thing I need to figure out is if it is safe to run SLI 9800 GTX + using a 610W PSU from PC P&C

It's pushing it a bit but, you should be plenty safe.

The silencer 610 will run those easily. If you check Sky's review on the GTX+ his system used 162w at idle and 248w loaded and that was with a highly OC'd QX9770 quad. Adding a second GTX+ might bring your max draw up to ~375w at most 400w. If you check I think the recommended PSU is only 475w for SLI...

Mhmm, alright I will check it all out. What is, in your opinion, the bet operating system to use? Also 32 bit or 64 bit?

I use Vista Home Premium 64 bit on both my rigs and have had zero problems...

On a fresh, new install, might as well go the 64bit route, it works great, very few, if any issues compared to the 32bit edition.
