Waiting for AMD to respond before I consider the I7 or at least wait until q3.

I think I will do the same...I cant help thinking AMD will release something that is not as Hardcore as the EE 965 but will cost much much less and still be fun to OC the piss out of.

i duno if you guys would mind having a built system but CyberPower Inc. - building the best Gaming PC is not only our profession, it is our obsession. has a whole i7 system for 799

some people may prefer to build their own, but this one comes with the 920 + x58 board + 3gb ddr tri channel sticks and hd,etc

*edit oh wtf, the name of the link is not my opinion btw, it just transformed to that when i typed www. cyberpowerpc.com/

Too bad that site is american lol, it would be about $960 with the exchange rate and then probably 1100-1200 with the horrible markup we get charged :(

sswilson November 20, 2008 05:37 PM

Not bad at all, but I shiver to see that vid card paired with the latest bleeding edge tech.... :)

Still the best price out there we've seen yet as you could easily sell the case/vid card/HDD/ODD for over $100.

Good catch. I missed that.

Yeah that would add at least $200 to it not counting shipping/customs.
