New Rig 9600 phenom black, some help

ok im downgrading my upgrade i was planning to get a q6600 and have already bought an HIS 4850 but now i want to down grade after looking at the up coming pc games now and be4 vs the 360 games library it just simply isn't worth it for me to game on the pc except for crysis soooo im going to save for a modded 360 for gaming instead. What i want is a stable multi-tasking computer that could handle some very basic encoding like winraring a movie at the same time burning or maybe encoing rmvb to dvd. I don't plan to game on this much except for the occasional cs source or unreal. I game at 1024x768 with my crappy 17inch lcd so i think that saves me less lag =)

My new build will be this

AMD Phenom 9600 black edition $80 used
Not sure which type of ram i will be getting but : DDR2 2 Gig Ram $40 used
Video Card His 4850 512 megs + Coolink GFXChilla VGA cooler $175 used : Once i play and finish crysis i am planning to sell this and getting a $60 video card
Case : Generic $45 L8032 Mid-Tower Case Black (ATX 450W,20/24pin,front Audio/USB)
Power Supply : $52 Cool Master Extreme ( is this a reliable power supply? my cheap generic started to smoke and burn one day so i want a reliable one ) CoolerMaster eXtreme Power 550W (ATX2.01, SATA/20/24pin Support, 120mm Fan)

Mobo Im stuck here what kinda mobo? i don't plan on over clocking this this at all plus i hear its horrible for OCing but the reason i am getting it is the price and it seems to fit my need as i am not planning to game much on the PC. Im looking for a cheap stable mobo preferably around $60 new or used, key is stable.

Thats a grand total of $432 so far but i will minus 175 + 60 for the video card i plan to sell and buy = $317 + mobo = ???

lookin for a cheap stable mobo or bang for buck so hows the build or am i better off with something better?

As for a Mobo, might as well stay with AMD, as I wouldn't recommend any board with an Nvidia chipset right now.

You want active PFC and 80+ efficiency rating is very nice too. If you don't plan on overclocking, and run a weak video card, you could probably get away with this one,

I'd look at Ncix, for whatever upgrades you're looking for.
