Default Sub $1200 Rig

I priced out a computer for a friend that I work with. Just wanted to get some input on it.

Processor ($273):
Intel Core 2 Quad Q6700

Mobo ($171):
Asus P5N-D Motherboard

Case ($154):
Antec P182 ATX Black Mid

PSU ($165):
Corsair HX620W CMPSU-620HX ATX

RAM ($70):
Patriot Extreme Performance 4GB 2X2GB PC2-6400 DDR2

Video Card($157):
BFG GeForce 9800 GT OC+ Video Card - 512MB

Hard drive ($84):
Western Digital SE16 500GB

CPU Heatsink/Fan ($38):
OCZ Vendetta 2

DVD Drive ($36):
LG GH22NS30 Black

Total: $1148 before tax.

Would anyone make any changes that would improve this and keep it below $1200 (before tax)?

Use an antec 900 instead... horrible cable management, but airflow makes up for it.

My System Specs

Default

Get a P45 motherboard and PC-8000/8500 RAM along with the 640GB Western Digital since it's faster.

If it's a gaming rig more so, a dual-core 45nm might be better.
