That's the case / PSU combo I recommended.

The EP43 and EP45 are identical boards, the EP43 being cheaper since it "only" supports DDR2-1200 max. ram. The OP does not need more (the EP45 supports DDR2-1333).

Final build so far.

E5200
Ati 4670
Mushkin 4GB
Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3L
Arctic Silver 5
Antec Sonata III
WD 320GB

I may get a monitor. The Acer X223WbD Widescreen 22" is what I'm looking at. Any comments?

I have an X223W. It seems nice enough for something I paid around $200 for at the time.
I want to point out though, It looks spectacular in Mac OS X without changing much of anything but not so spectacular in windows. I still have looking into manually calibrating a colour profile in windows on my todo list so I do not know if it is just windows itself that looks bad or if a different profile will fix things. >_>

I do not regret the purchase however and the case is nice and minimal yet badass. :)

for the motherboard, how about an Asus P5Q SE? It fits all your requirements. It's the board i'm currently using :)

After having my motherboard freezing on me and a choice of getting a Sapphire HD 4850 instead to see if the video was the issue I now have a new build of this:

E5200 @ 2.5Ghz
Ati Sapphire HD 4850 512Mb
Mushkin 2x2Gb = 4GB
Asus P5QL-E
WD 320GB
Antec Sonata III
Comments?

What are the gains like on an overclocked E5200?

I'd say every couple hundred MHz counts in gaming performance. Daily task probably not so much unless your encoding video a lot.

I'd definitely suggest a new CPU heatsink if you plan to OC though.
