I stand with the already many recommendations its probably in your best interest to shy away from the nVidia chipsets and look to intel chipset and like Prof. Dr. Silver said it doesn't matter about the video card as long as you run a single videocard. Personally this will most likely be my choice when I go intel.
ASUSTeK Computer Inc. Given what I have seen here primarily will this computer be used for gaming and are you planning on doing any overclocking?
Some recommendations:
DDR2 in the flavour of some PC8500 DDR1066 2x2GB either from Corsair, Mushkin or OCZ ultimately whichever suits your budgetary and overclocking needs. Personally I side with mushkin ascents I've heard a lot good things.
The powersupply would not be my first recommendation this psu from BFG leans heavily torwards the "value" side and a good psu is really the heart of any computer I highly recommend this here

The difference between the 2 aside from wattage (makes little difference) the TX series from corsair is a non-modular design so all cables come from the psu and the HX is their modular series that have removable cables pick which best suits your personal and budgetary needs.
Case: Well thats more of a personal decision than anything things to take into consideration are: airflow, cable management and size; full tower or Midtower
Personal recommendations: Antec, CoolerMaster and Silverstone and always leave a little $$ for additional case fans
Aftermarket Cooling: Stock is cheap but not great its a small but valuable investment excellent choices are here:

Sound Card: If you going to buy a sound card to replace the integrated then go with something that isn't worse. I think most will agree this is an ideal alternative to creative products.
