Ideas:

-Put a stronger heatsink on the CPU, clock it up to an even 3.6GHz, which will let you stay within your memory's official rating.

-Get a second matching video card (and a stronger PSU).

-Loose the IDE hard-drive (and the giant ribbon cable attached to it), replace with a 500 or 640GB HDD which will likely be faster and can be had for well under $100.

For upgrades I would consider:

1. PSU I have the OCZGX700w but it has 4 12v rails and I lost OC as soon as I added a 4850, have heard many comment on it is better to have a single 12v rail.
2. Video Card to a 4870 (getting some resell value on the 9800 while you still can).

Well, the heatsink I have is a fairly good heatsink, close to the Ultra-120 in a lot of tests.
I am Trading up my video card for a 260 MAXCORE (the 216 thread version)
And I just have the IDE HD as a left over right now, the more space the better right?
It'll probably be retired soon though, I have two more 640s right beside me, might sell one and keep the other.

My Motherboard WILL support 45NM 1333FSB, one of the reasons I bought it was for future upgradability (New word?) again, the Ultra-120 isn't THAT much better than my ultima-90, Id get a sunbeam corecontact if I was going to upgrade that anyway, which is a lot less inexpensive to the Ultra-120 and better too.
The video card I am trading up to a 260, which i will probably SLI as well in the future.
I may upgrade to a q9--- something or the e8400 those were something i was thinking about...
And the 1TB hd, I dont need it right now, thanks for the ideas though :)

he doesn't need a quad.

He can upgrade to a 8400 and notice a pretty big increase in overall performance.

e6600 @ 3.4 is a good speed, but it still won't match a 8400 at 4.0ghz.

Code:
Case- Thermaltake Armor w/25cm fan
MB- ASUS p5n32-e SLI (Can use 45nm chips but not quads)
CPU- e6600 C2D @3.26 (Upgrade to e8400)
RAM- OCZ 6400 ReaperX HPC EnhancedBandwidth 4GB
GPU- BFG 9800 GTX OCX 512mb
HDD(s)- WD 640gb SATA / Seagate 160gb 7200.9 IDE
Cooling- Thermalright Ultima-90 with 120mm fan
PSU- OCZ gamexstream 600w
Windows Vista 64/32 and XP 32 Triple boot (Why bother? Either run Vista or run XP)
The rest of your system is fine.

Just to clear something enaberif, that board ASUS p5n32-e SLI can run quads, just needs a newer BIOS upgrade, I've seen people run Quads with it.
