Question Network Interface Card do we need it?

Hi guys lately i was reading several reviews about the so called network Interface Card like one:http://www.ncix.com/products/index.p...oot%20Networks.

I am telling this because from all the review i read its said that you got almost no benefit over the one that your mobo has already when you play online game like Bf2 or WoW.

i appriciate like always your comments

thanks guys

Those cards a waste.

A dedicated network card will really only yield about a 10-20ms drop in your latency.

If that. Some might increase it. A single port 1gig nic is not worth more than 25 bucks.

Honestly, if you think you're having lag problems, look at your router. I changed routers at Christmas, dropped 20ms lag.

SugarJ what router did you buy, I am looking in to changing mine.

About the network Interface Card $249 dollars, I can think of 10 things off the top of my head that I would buy for my PC before I buy this.
