I'm partial to Asus, had dlinks before and they always did good but the Asus RT-N66 I got a couple weeks ago has just been flawless in both setup and use. PS3 works great out of the box with no special setups either.

I would go with Asus but flash the firmware to run Tomato instead. My experience with D-Link isn't exactly great.

Asus RT N16 is more than good enough for "gaming".

Any router after that will give you less than single digit performance upgrades.

Don't even bother with any of those routers you listed if you're not going for the wifi

To clarify...will you be gaming using wifi or wired? If wired you can spent a lot less money. The ASUS are great, but very expensive because of the great wifi.

If you're using wired only, just get a switch and plug it in behind your cable/ADSL modem. This is the one I use at home: http://products.ncix.com/detail/tp-l...34461-1223.htm

Asus RT-N16 with Easy Tomato!

And follow a QoS guide and set it up accordingly.
