Default Online movie streaming options

Blockbuster is dead, and Rogers Video is no longer renting. I am looking for options to rent videos, not buy them.

I rent my place, and I cannot use Rogers Video On Demand. I AM willing to purchase a piece of hardware I don't have (ie. Xbox, Apple TV), if it will give me a big enough selection I don't currently have. If you had used these, I would appreciate your experiences with them, especially for new releases.

What options are out there? Here is what I have used, and am looking for options.

1. Netflix: I use it on my PS3, love it, but "Uncle Buck" does not cut it as "New Releases"

2. Sony Video Unlimited: The better new releases seem to be purchase only. Seems to have OK selection for purchasing the video outright, but why would I do that if I have not even seen the movie?

3. Playstation Store: honestly have not checked it out lately, but I would think it would be similar in selection to the new Video Unlimited I just mentioned. I could be easily corrected.

iTunes or the upcoming streaming service from Zip.ca.

Another option that I like is Bell's TV Online which is free for Fibe / ExpressVu subscribers.

The only worthy competitors to Netflix in Canada are Bell TV online or Rogers Anyplace TV. (free for respective subscribers)
