Your paying for 5 megabits/s, and getting only 600 kilobits/s? That's only like 75 kb/s... if you're paying for 5 mbps, I'd be doing some serious complaining.

even if i conplain it wont do nuthing

telebec/cablevision is the only ethernet provider in "abitibi" and its both the same compagny

they only tell us to go see another ethernet provider ... a real joke

I plan on switching to Tekksavy, because you can get unlimited downloads for $40.00 a month.

I get around 34,000 DL, and 10,000 UL at school.

I have Teksavvy 5Mb connection. No complaints here, they are a great company and I'll never go back to Bell or Rogers. I just wish I could buy better bandwidth but there aren't many options really unless I go back to those evil companies.

I am suppose to be getting 7000kb/s down and 700kb/s up, i have to call either bell technical support or the local tech manager to complain once a week as it normally drops to less then half of my posted results. anyone else have this problem with sympatico? the tech said i am going to have to call like this for awhile until they decide to stop adjusting my account.
