I've been using them for a couple of years now. I found out about them from a friend, and since starting with them have:
- switched our office to use them;
- switched my mother-in-law and sister to them;
- had three colleagues at work switch to them after my recommendation.

(No, I don't work for them!)

The only issues have been from problems that were within the Bell equipment they are forced to use. They are very helpful, but often can't get Bell to move quickly to resolve issues.

Bell now offers fiber internet in my area, but as of March 2012 ElectronicBox can't yet offer resale of this service.
