Hello, i would like to know if i can track to sites someone visit on my network work. If so what do i need?

If your router's firmware supports traffic monitoring, it's as simple as going to its configuration page. No way anybody here can know without knowing the specific model.

If it doesn't, check for DD-WRT/Tomato or other open firmware support.

As ilya said, look in the traffic logs. Every inbound and outbound IP that isn't local on port 80 is web traffic.

You can access the router control panel to see.
