Best free VPN tunnel

I'm finding that my current VPN tunnel provider - ItsHidden - ain't cutting it anymore. Very unreliable service. It wasn't always this bad but hey - things change and it's time to move on. Thought I'd post a thread to ask if anybody has any recommendations for a good VPN tunnel? Usage is almost exclusively rushing water and "free" is the keyword. Thanks!

edit - Might as well leave the topic open for discussion, but just wanted to note that I found a free local high anonymous proxy that is actually pretty damn fast for this security level. Gonna knock on wood and hope it stays up like this.
