I agree.

After using many different routers including the one the OP is wondering about I consider it a waste of money.

Belkin F5D8235-4 - Price comparison - Canada's Cheapest Prices

This is the one I am currently using and it has the best range so far. I game on wifi and my PC is a bit far away and wanted the best single strength. This one IMO is much better than the D-Link and I have had problems with D-Link routers before. I will never buy D-Link again.

I agree here. Their "N" products seem lacking. My DIR-655 was absolutely unstable regardless of all the firmware updates they pumped out in 6 months. Would need a reset almost daily.

However not all their stuff was bad, I had a DGL-4300 that was rock-solid until the AC Adapter died.

Right now I'm running an ASUS RT-N16 with DD-WRT. Works wonderfully. However the wireless range is a bit lacking on it, probably due to it's relatively low output at 17mW. Boosting it doesn't seem to help much either.
