well first off, you do have a router right?
well first thing is that you have to be able to access a router , the router IP is usually 192.168.1.1 or 192.168.1.2 , also you've got to find your username password. If you havent set one yet you met be okay just pressing okay when there's a window asking for user name and password to access your router. some routers use username: admin , password : admin .as a default. you could try that too. so when you'll be able to access your router there will be an option to forward your port.
How to open ports?
I have been using many programs for downloading stuff from other users, I think they are called P2P, but the downloading speed is so low now.
I asked what I could do to fix this and many people told me I had to open the ports of my router, but I have no idea how to do that.
Would you help me with this please?
lol, double post? now i have the first post in the thread...
