Don't know about switchworks but Teksavvy and Velcom are pretty reliable. I'm with Velcom.

I vote teksavvy, been with them since i moved to ontario a few months ago. Highly trained customer service, from talking to them, sounds like they only hire tekkies. Mlppp option (4$) a month will apparently circumvent torrent throttling, though i havent tried it. Only thing is i wished they offered more then 5mpbs.

I know some people with this company too: Acanac High Speed Internet. Low Cost DSL and VOIP Service

Looks like a good deal.

I've heard naught but liquid gold coming from the mouths of happy teksavvy customers, though I haven't had the pleasure of trying out the service myself.

and honestly I've never heard of the others!

Everyone I know with Teksavvy has been happy with their service. Volcomm seems good as well but with Teksavvy you shouldn't have any issues.

My family back in Ontario uses Velcom, half the price of Bell or Rogers and no caps.

I've been using velcom here too, no problems so far since 1 year
I would recommend them their reliable as long as your ADSL line is stable
