im currently running my internet at home with 3 wrt54GL router

one is plug in the modem cable and the 2 other are in "client mode" to do a wireless bridge between upstair and downstair witout drilling hole here and there in the floor/wall etc...

at the beginning i had trouble with the WRT54GL when doing some intensive bittorent download.... and not to say that the stock frimware for those WRT54GL dont support client mode....

i flashed the 3 router with DD-WRT and holy shit that firmware is kick ass ... it tell you the bandwithd, the router load, give you twice more option then the stock linksys frimware...

im so amaze by those router that every friend that ask me to setup is router end up with a WRT54GL with DD-WRT.

There's actually 2 versions of Tomato out (at least when I setup my linksys), the main one and another one which supports the mlppp. You can get the one that supports mlppp here ... Tomato/MLPPP

I used the latest beta version and works beautifully.
