Default Need small device for streaming flash content.

Im looking for the most ideal way to stream live sporting events with websites that use flash. I am able to watch games while at work since we have wifi but some issues have come in my way.

I like using Rogers Anyplace tv on my pc's but trying to use it on my nexus 7 or 4 of course most of you know Flash inst support on Android anymore and the anyplace website knows your using a mobile device anyways, even in desktop mode. They do have an app but of course, Rogers greed kicks in and want you to be a wireless subscriber to use it. The few web browsers with flash do not seem to work as well as I would like. I wish html5 would take over already.

What could you suggest I look into? Maybe find an older netbook with windows or linux on it would be the best bet?

Thanks

I'd recommend the Dell Venue 8 Pro. The 32GB goes on sale for as low as $199 from time to time.

Solid device, runs full Windows 8.1, and should have no issues handling Flash-based video streaming.
