Question Function keys Samsung

Hi !
I had some trouble with my fan on my new laptop Samsung 3 Series, i've never been able to control the fan speed in anyway (software and/or BIOS)... The fan works, but too low for me
And something that i noticed, is that the Fn key on the F11 key does look like a fan ! And, strangely, it seems it's the only Fn key that does.. nothing !
Does anyone knows something about it ?

There's basically no way to control a fan in a laptop except by hard mod or having an older dell. Don't bother and just switch to a high quality thermal paste. Is it actually overheating to require more fan use? If not, your temps are probably fine, laptops run hotter by design.
The F11 key supposedly kills the fans for 'silent' mode, but if it doesn't do anything, it is probably already on low/no speed.
That's something I knows about it.
