Do we really expect the Surface Pro II (with haswell) to not have a fan?

If I recall, Intel demo'd a convertible Haswell design that was fanless. It also was smart enough to know where you were gripping the tablet and disable those parts of the touch screen as the border around the screen was quite thin compared to current tablets.

I'm doubtful, to keep the same level of performance, Haswell only drops the TDP from 17W to 15W.
