They said it's not a port, it's really (real) ubuntu!!!

I've always wanted a "free" phone where I control what apps run on it. Specifically I do not appreciate the privacy flaws of both apple and android phones.

This, to me, is the ultimate in phone.

I really like the look of the ubuntu mobile phone. I will definitely consider getting one when they become available. I like how they use all 4 edges of the screen.

ubuntu has been, by far, the worst desktop experience of my life; and I've been using linux since around 1998. it's not going anywhere near my mobile devices.
