New Gaming Laptop

So I've been accepted to work in Germany for the next year come September. I thought about bringing parts over, but really don't see it being worth the hassle. For this reason, I've decided to pick up a gaming laptop. I've taken a look at some MSIs, G74/G75 models ans Sager/Clevo. So far the best deal I've found seems to be from Malibal (Sager reseller). I plan on configuring it with the 7970M and adding my own SSD (either my current Vertex 2 120gb or buying something newer). All in all it comes to about $1485 with the configuration I want. I'm visiting the United States next month and having it shipped there to avoid absurd UPS brokerage fees and tax. Has anyone else found better deals or configurations? The 7970m seems like a beast and for the price, I could not find anything else more powerful.
