Default 8470p Ivy Bridge Elitebook (unreleased)
Hello all.
I've been posting some info on this elsewhere and though I'd share here as well.

Are there any benchmarks that folks want run on this? I managed to find most of the drivers, including the vid card. SKIP the video card - issue finding good/new driver for the Intel HD4000.


Some CPUMARK screenshots added. 8470 with Ivy Bridge Core i7 on top, core i5-2540M for comparison on bottom.
Definitely some room for further optimization on the Ivy Bridge I think. Seems too low to me.

I did a quick glance over the numbers and they look promising to say the least. I've also been the proud owner of an Elitebook myself for a couple years now and I couldn't be happier! Quite the performing laptop.

Numbers look good to say the least, what is the turbo clock on it? to give a bit more of an idea for clock for clock comparisons.

Turbo bumps it to 2.6 GHz. Idles at 1.7
