I'd say around 90-95 would be the highest, mobile GPUs are engineered to endure higher temps due to inadequate cooling.

that was my thought too and i never see temps over 73 even in furmark so i think i will overclock her a little to help fps thanks

I have been told that a safe temperature is any temperature that won't make the computer shut down (provided it works as intended of course) seeing as the computer will shut down before it takes damage from the heat. Therefore, if the computer runs the temperature is not to worry about.
