upgrading from windows vista to 7 ultimate
will it run since i cannot find it's drivers on 7 compactibility

7 uses the same drivers as vista, so yes.

Yeah I run Win7 x64 on my D830's. Basically, you can use many of the E6400/E6500 Win7 drivers on it for the stuff that isn't detected out of the box (mainly the Dell QuickSet software, and the ALPS touchpad software).
